Our Team
Chuck
Chuck is the local owner for Next Door Photos – Seattle and his driving passion is to help his clients; realtors, homeowners, and business owners, to achieve their goals by partnering to create the best visual media and presentations. When not helping others through NDP he loves family time, traveling, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors, acting in live theater, karaoke, and creating fun media with friends.
SAIF
Saif, pronounced like safe. He’s been into photography and cinematography for over 5 years. His favorite type of photography is nature, travel, and night photography. In the last 6 months, he’s been immensely interested in real estate photography, and the more opportunities he gets to capture properties, the more he falls in love with it. Saif is also very passionate about music. One of his favorite things to do when he has free time is music writing and recording. He plays guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard. He aspires to be a filmmaker, director and/or cinematographer, specifically.
SEAN
Sean Powell is a Media Pro for Next Door Photos- Seattle. Sean believes that the dedication and integrity to his profession in photography is what helps him create great content for his team. When Sean isn’t creating media for NDP, he enjoys Bikepacking, Mountain Biking, and photographing National Parks around the country.
SCOTT
Scott Stephan is a passionate visual creator always looking to find the best image or images to tell the story at hand. Scott discovered photography in the midst of his twenty plus year career in the Pacific Northwest film and video production industry. In 2012, Scott purchased his first DSLR camera for video production and immediately fell in love with still photography. Pursuing still photography as a hobby, Scott explored many types of photography from portraits to landscapes, and eventually began working in event photography and real estate photography. In addition to photography Scott enjoys flying drones and aerial imaging. When not playing with a camera or a drone, you can find Scott playing with his 8 year old Golden Retriever, Amber, at the local dog park.
